Learn to play hockey! 

Please join us for Women's 101 - 2025, September 4, 11, and 25th, 8:45 - 10:00 PM. This is a chance to learn some of the skills to play the game. Participation in all three sessions ($6.75 each) is recommended, but not required. If you need gear, consider borrowing some from Eccles Ice Center (FREE!) and arrive at the rink early, 8:00 PM so there is time to get your gear fitted. 

The Freeze Women's Hockey Team is a competitive team playing in-state teams and tournaments. Our season begins the first week of October and ends the second week in April. We welcome and encourage all levels of players to come practice with us and to play in at least 2 C-level games.  Players who wish to fully participate on a B-level must be approved by our coach and captains.
